One day while we were shopping Stefanie had taken Afton to the restroom for a diaper change. As they were walking out a certain bearded man dressed in red was exiting the other restroom. So Stefanie followed him to where photos were being taken, and because Santa had just gotten off from a short break she and Afton were first in line to get a picture.
It was kind of a spur of the moment thing, as evidenced by Afton still having her coat on and holding on to her Jingle Bell Dog. But she was very cooperative and still loves to talk about Afton sitting on Santa's lap: "Attie. Santa. Wap."
