Snow Day

Afton started to learn the concept of snow and cold from some holiday cartoons she was watching. (Her current favorite is Backyardigans, especially the snow fort episode). But one day Stef got her dressed up in her winter gear and took her outside to experience first-hand this thing called snow.

She was a little bit nervous about taking the walk out into the snow at first.




After getting brave enough to venture out, she soon realized just how deep the snow was when her legs started to disappear. So the nervousness came back and Stef had to go rescue her. From then on she was content to just make footprints along the edge of the driveway.
